Situated 1,800 meters above sea level, in the mountainous region of Sierra de Las Minas, this town's soil is influenced by the Atlantic Ocean and has a rich content of minerals. Due to the altitude and a characteristic rainfall of over 3,000ml per year, the coffee grown here has a longer
maturation process, which results in distinctive sweet notes and exceptional quality.
