Led by Andrés Destarac, Master Grower and Roaster, our team of experts shares a unique passion for coffee roasting and cupping.

At Ka’an we take great pride in our in-house lab, where we can roast 3,000 pounds of coffee beans every day. We meticulously analyze and test every batch of coffee before going through a professional cupping process that allows us to profile and customize guidelines for the perfect roast.
